Do I need any equipment at home?

No. The therapist brings the massage table, linens, oils, and everything else needed. You just provide enough space for the table to be set up.

Yes — tension in the shoulders and neck is the most common reason clients book with us. Mention it in your intake form, and the therapist will focus the session on those areas.

What about lower back pain from sitting at a desk all day?

Many of our clients have desk jobs and book for the same reason. Tell the therapist in the intake form where you feel tension, and the session will be built around those areas.

I carry tension in my upper back, between the shoulder blades. Can the session focus there?

Absolutely — every session is tailored to you. The intake form lets you point out exactly where you want the therapist to focus.

Do you offer couples massage?
